MAKING TAX DIGITAL

We're here to help you be compliant with the new digital requirements.

Change can be scary, but Making Tax Digital isn't. It's great news for small businesses. The software can save you and your business money, time and hassle, and we can help you get there.

Although Making Tax Digital (MTD) for VAT seems like a big change for businesses and individuals alike, the MTD scheme will actually make it easier to manage, report and pay your taxes to HMRC. And we’re here to help you every step of the way.

As of 1st April 2019, if your business is VAT-registered and with a turnover above the VAT threshold, you must keep digital VAT records and use software to submit VAT returns. In order to do this, you must have registered with HMRC.

If we file your VAT return, we will sort registration

for you. Therefore you don’t need to take any

further action.

If you file your own VAT return, you will need to register for MTD with HMRC. We have created three guides on how to register for MTD with HMRC, one for Xero, one for Quickbooks and one for Sage.
